PARTICIPANT INFO
Two Competition Formats
The competition is divided into two formats, differing in the difficulty level of the obstacles:
"Guardian" FORMAT
For participants up to 14 years old
Younger competitors complete the running course with simplified obstacles.
They do not attempt:
Obstacle #3 – upward ramp with rope
Obstacle #4 – stack of transport crates to descend
Obstacle #8 – vertical ladder on the container
Instead, substitute obstacles are used – the participant passes the route with assistance (via the ramp balcony).
20 seconds are added to the final time.
The e-sports challenge is held once – at the beginning of the competition.
"GLOBAL ELITE" format
For participants 15 years and older
The older category competes on the full obstacle course.
Each participant completes all elements.
For the ramp (obstacle #3), there is the option to use the easier route (as in the “Silver” format) – in which case 20 seconds are added to the final time.
The participant decides independently how to overcome the obstacle.
The e-sports challenge is held twice:
At the start of the course
At the end of the competition – to test reflexes and precision both “fresh” and “after exertion.”
NOTE: If a participant fails to achieve 30 eliminations at the e-sports station within 1 minute, they continue the race, but 60 seconds are added to their total time each time.
Course and Competitions
Each participant competes against an opponent on one of two tracks, which include:
1 sports challenge – 8 sports obstacles
1 e-sports challenge – a “hand-eye coordination” game at a computer station
Age Categories
The following three age groups apply:
10–11 years
12–14 years
15+ years
Summary
By dividing the competition into formats and age categories, every participant – regardless of age or experience – has equal chances and the opportunity to fully enjoy the experience. The combination of 8 sports obstacles and hand-eye coordination e-sports challenges ensures an intense competition, where time, precision, and resilience are key.
